How Does The IV Therapy Membership Program Work?
You will be billed the designated membership monthly fee each month. This is not a service fee but a credit applied to your account to be used for services, products, and testing.
Yes, your credits roll over each month.
Memberships are billed on the same day each month, the anniversary of the day you joined.
We would hate to see you go, but we understand. Call us and we will gladly help. We do require a 30-day cancellation notice.
Yes, membership plans may be temporarily frozen for up to three months yearly.
Members must notify Revivéas via email at memberships@reviveahealthandwellness.com at least 30 days before the next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as the subject heading. We will send a confirmation email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.
You can still access your member benefits during your frozen period, but you will not be charged monthly or accrue additional credits.
After your three-month freeze, your membership will reactivate automatically.
Yes, just stop in or give us a call, and we can quickly make that change. However, we require a 30-day notice to change any tier level.
